Recent collaboration

  • AUSIThe committee of the AUSI is working together with the editorial board of JUST (the Journal of Unmanned System Technology) in preparing the special issue on Unmanned Untethered Submersible Technology. High quality papers from the 18th International Symposium on UUST 2013 (Portsmouth, NH, Aug 11-14) would be further reviewed for publication in the special issue. 
  • The Journal of Unmanned System Technology is collaborating with the organizing committee of the 5th International Conference on Mechatronics 2013 (ICOM13) in arranging post conference publication of select papers from the conference. 

Events and Opportunities

Applications are invited for appointment as Research Scholar in Computer Science/Robotics in one leading private university in Seoul. The invitation period is based on 12 months contract which can be renewed up to 3 years depending on performance evaluation. The research scholar position can be extended to faculty position after satisfactory completion of the research program.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience after a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or a related field, with a strong commitment to research. A solid track record in research is essential, demonstrated partly by publication in SCI level journals. The position is open to all research areas in Computer Science/Robotics, with preference given to candidates in the area of real time simulation of vehicular control. Experience in automotive applications is a plus.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits upon evaluation of eligibility. Salary range: (1) Entry USD 2700~3600/month  (2) Mid-career USD 4000~5000 (3) Expert : USD 5400~9000/month.

Call for Paper 2014/2015

The editor of J Unmanned Sys Tech (ISSN 2287-7320) is extending an invitation for authors to submit their work to be considered for publication with the journal. The current Call for Paper is applicable for the issue in the Q4 of 2014 or in 2015.
